Hi All
Happy Friday, we are almost to the end of August and so far I'm keeping up with my goal to blog a new project each day using the Thoughtful Branches Bundle. Today's card uses collage as the technique which is a technique I usually struggle with. This time though I had something particular in mind I used Whisper White as the base card and maskes off all but a rectangular section in the middle. I stamped my images in my chosen colours and used sponges to apply ink and blended the colours to my satisfaction. A nice simple clean one layer card.
Stamp Sets: Thoughtful Branches, Petite Petals, Grateful Bunch, Build a Birthday
Ink: Pear Pizzaz, Old Olive, Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant
Card: Whisper White
Accessories: Stamp-a-ma-jig, Whisper White Organza Ribbon
Cheers Peggy

Bringing Back Birthdays
Hi Everyone
As a result of the popularity of this movement Stampin' Up! has created a custom single stamp #imbringingbirthdaysback it has been released in the US already but will be released in other markets shortly, just a matter of shipping them to us I'm sure. I can't wait to get my hands on one, to stamp the back of my birthday cards and maybe even some birthday cards.
So here's another one of the birthday cards I've designed recently,
Project Recipe:
Stamps: Grateful Bunch, Sky is the Limit
Ink: Archival Basic Black, Mossy Meadow, Cajun Craze
Card: Mint Macaron, Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Botanical Gardens DSP
Punches: Blossom Bunch
Accessories: Mint Macaron Marker, Basic Pearls, Tear Tape Adhesive, Dimensionals
Happy Stamping and Inky Fingers
As you've no doubt noticed I've been birthday obsessed lately. The lovely and talented Shannon West has created a new movement called #imbringingbirthdaysback. To hear Shannon's Story in her own words check out theStampin' Up! Blog. Birthday Celebration
Hey Stampers
I'm back with another Birthday Card. Shannon West from Stampin' Up! has started a new trend #imbringingbackbirthdays to start and send out birthday cards to people rather than the easier way of sending a quick message on social media. This is a wonderful initiative by Shannon and my goal this year is to post out Birthday Cards so people get a special surprise in the mail. So I'll be featuring Birthday cards a lot as the year goes on. Here's a birthday card I posted out to one of my ladies for her Birthday this month!
Stamp Set: Grateful Bunch, Happy Birthday, Everyone (Hostess), Papillon Potpourri
Ink: Blushing Bride, Elegant Eggplant
Card: Blushing Bride, Very Vanilla
Punches: Elegant Butterfly, Bitty Butterfly, Trio Corner Punch
Accessories: Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush, Tear Tape Adhesive, Mini Glue Dots
